These Terms of Use govern your use of Dream Journal AI and its related website. By using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
If you download Dream Journal AI through the Apple App Store, Apple's standard licensed application terms may also apply. These Terms supplement those App Store terms.
Dream Journal AI helps you record dreams, create journal entries, generate AI-assisted interpretations, identify recurring patterns, generate dream illustrations, and receive lucid dreaming suggestions. The app is for personal journaling, reflection, and entertainment.
Dream Journal AI does not provide medical, psychological, psychiatric, therapeutic, legal, or other professional advice. AI-generated interpretations and lucid dreaming suggestions may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your situation. Do not rely on the app for diagnosis, treatment, emergency help, or mental health crisis support.
You are responsible for the dream content, recordings, transcripts, prompts, and other information you create or submit. You keep ownership of your journal content. You grant us and our service providers permission to process your content only as needed to operate features you use.
You agree not to misuse the app, attempt to interfere with its operation, reverse engineer it except where allowed by law, use it to violate another person's rights, submit unlawful content, or use it in a way that could harm the app, users, or third-party services.
Some features may require a paid subscription. Purchases, renewals, cancellations, refunds, and billing are handled by Apple through the App Store. You can manage subscriptions through your Apple ID settings.
The app may use third-party services including AI and image generation services, Apple's App Store and StoreKit, iOS speech recognition, notifications, and device authentication. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices.
Dream Journal AI, including its software, design, branding, and website, is owned by us or our licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership of the app or website to you.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated content will be accurate or useful.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the app.
