Lucid dreaming - June 3, 2026
Lucid dreaming starts with noticing the patterns your dreams already use.
A reality check is a small habit that asks: am I dreaming? The point is not superstition. The point is attention. You train yourself to pause when something feels strange, emotionally charged, or dreamlike.
Lucid dreaming is difficult if you rarely remember dreams. Record fragments first. Your journal reveals personal dream signs: old schools, elevators, unreadable phones, impossible rooms, lost objects, or repeated moods.
If elevators appear in your dreams, check reality when you enter an elevator awake. If school dreams repeat, check reality when you pass a school. Personal triggers beat random alarms.
Lucid practice should not make sleep stressful. If it creates pressure or anxiety, simplify. Dream work should respect rest first.
